BLOCK A ...

... is designed in a 'stepped' configuration against the back of the site, blending harmoniously and providing better views and privacy. The 60 apartments include 1, 2 and 3 bed units, plus the propular 2 bed + 1, which is a 2 bed plus extra suite.

Ground floor units have private gardens, and a basement garage provides reserved private parking.

All verandas are unusually wide to allow for outdoor enjoyment.

BLOCK B ...

... is a small compact block, comprising 20 units, including 1 and 2 bed apartments.

The modern design, with only 3 levels, ensures that it blends well with the development and does not interrupt the views from Block A.

A GATED DEVELOPMENT ...

The development is accessed via a main remote controlled gate, and the entire development is 'walled in' to ensure privacy and security.

This means that when you enter Paradisus, you are in your own corner of heaven, surrounded only by like-minded neighbours and/or guests.

A video-porter system will allow you to screen your visitors before buzzing them in.

The parking levels also have remote controlled gates.

GUEST PARKING ...

While all owners will have private garage parking, provision has been made for guest parking, both within and outside the gate.

The former will only have access if allowed to enter by one of the owners, while the outer parking is ideal for services, deliveries, etc.
