Fajã da Ovelha/Paul do Mar is situated on the western part of the Island, an area blessed with stunning countryside and quaint villages. While previously characterised as remote due to the distance from Funchal, the new road accesses have made it possible to get to the city in a mere 45 minutes. The peace and tranquility of the countryside is now possible without having to become a recluse. The relatively large flat areas of land overlooking the sea are the reason for the decision to build a new golf course in the area. |

The villa is situated on the road down to Paul do Mar, which is a quaint, picturesque seaside fishing village where numerous new infrastructures have been added to make the sea access more available to the public.
The house is in a rustic/modern style on two levels. It was built nine years ago and refurbished recently in style and modern taste. It is south-facing with excellent exposure to the sunshine, offering total privacy.

A roof terrace on the villa offers even more stunning views.
