Garajau is located to the east of Funchal, and is one of the most sought-after residential areas outside of Funchal itself. Its proximity to the capital (10 min. drive), the airport (10 min. drive) and easy access to the motorway contribute to its status as a prime residential area with a wide range of property types, ranging from small apartments to the biggest villas and estates.
